If there are any issues with our product, you can initiate a refund or replacement request within 10 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Successful Pick-Up:

  1. Correct and complete the product (with the original brand, article number, undetected MRP tag, and barcode).
  2. Product's original packaging, freebies, and accessories.
  3. The product should be in unused, undamaged, and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears, or holes.

Products Ineligible for Return or Replacement:

We cannot offer returns or replacements on the following selected products:

  • Shirtings
  • Inner Wears

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, such as an order form or invoice. Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing accessories for reasons beyond our control.

Refunds (if applicable):

Refunds and replacements will be processed only after the returned item is received in its original condition. Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via phone or email.

If approved, the refund amount will be automatically processed to your account through the payment gateway originally initiated within 3-5 working days. Please note that only the product value is refundable; delivery charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
